Australia Standard Delivery
All products are shipped via Australia Post or Officeworks Mailman unless wholesale freight is required. Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and will automatically be calculated in the shopping cart. If you are placing a bulk order please contact us at info@milkbarcandleco.com.au to obtain a shipping quote prior to placing the order.
All products are made to order and will be shipped from Brisbane.
If you require express delivery please contact us via email (info@milkbarcandleco.com.au) for a quote prior to placing your order.
International Shipping
If you wish to place an order for delivery outside Australia please contact us at info@milkbarcandleco.com.au for an international shipping quote prior to placing the order.
Turnaround Time
While we endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible please be aware that all Milk Bar Candle Company products are made by hand so we ask that you allow a minimum of 14 days for your order to be dispatched. Production time can be longer than this over peak periods such as Christmas or during a sale. If any extensive delays in production are expected you will be notified and provided with an expected shipping date.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
The Milk Bar Candle Company is not responsible for any delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately to do so. Cancellations will only be accepted prior to dispatch.
Cancellation of a custom or special order will incur a fee.
RETURNS
1. Change of mind
If you change your mind within 30 days of the order being dispatched and the product is returned in as new condition we are happy to offer a full refund less postage or allow you to exchange the product for something else.
Please note the customer is responsible for the return postage in this situation.
Once the 30 day period has elapsed we reserve the right to refuse exchanges of any unwanted items.
2. Damaged or faulty
If the product you receive is faulty we will offer a full refund (excluding postage) provided adequate proof of a fault is provided. We are also happy to offer an exchange in this situation with free postage.
The Milk Bar Candle Company takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit.
3. Incorrect Product
If you believe that the product you receive is not what you ordered, please notify us in writing by email to orders@milkbarcandleco.com.au
If we accept that you have received a Product from us that is different to the one you ordered we will provide a full refund less postage.
4. General
We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at the standard rate.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/ debit or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
